A 75-year-old traditional Japanese house quietly standing in Ebisu

Entering a small alley less than one meter wide on Pokapoka Street and opening the first wooden door, you are greeted by a nostalgic Showa-era space. When you open the entrance with a rattling sound, the proprietress welcomes you. The creative home-cooked meal course, which suits this space and the slowly flowing healing time, is crafted by the head chef. The ingredients each month are carefully selected vegetables and fish from all over the country... The course meals, prepared with extra care and effort, change every month.
