    Our restaurant offers service exclusively to two parties per day.
    We propose a daily omakase menu that takes into consideration the ingredients of the day and the preferences of our guests.

    ~ Examples of carefully selected seasonal ingredients ~
    Bluefin tuna, winter yellowtail, longtooth grouper
    Tilefish, eel, local splendid alfonsino
    Conger eel, black abalone, cutlassfish, and more
    Japanese black wagyu beef, farm-direct vegetables, etc.

    From January to February, the course consists of 7 to 8 dishes incorporating Matsuba crab and tiger pufferfish.

    Koshihikari "Den" grown with phytic acid cultivation by Kayamori Farm in Kamo City, Niigata Prefecture
    Free-range eggs from the Four Sisters by Watanabe Farm in Yaita City, Tochigi Prefecture
    Komatsuna greens and Wakuwaku corn (summer) from Hirano Farm in Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture
