Our ingredients are carefully selected not only from the Toyosu Market but also by visiting producers across the country to observe the production conditions and taste the ingredients firsthand.

    We will prepare a selection of approximately 7 to 8 dishes using carefully chosen seasonal ingredients. Perfect for important moments with loved ones, such as business entertaining, anniversaries, or birthdays.

    Our shop accepts only two groups per day.
    We offer a daily chef's choice menu of about seven dishes, carefully considering the day's ingredients and our customers' preferences.
