Extra large salted grilled nodoguro tuna and shochu from the 100 best sake brands are popular

We serve high-quality extra-large bluefin tuna cooked in the traditional Japanese method called "Genshuyaki," in which ingredients are grilled on skewers on the edge of a sunken hearth.
We are proud of our high-quality bluefin tuna, and we also offer a wide variety of drinks that go perfectly with our fresh fish dishes.
We are especially proud of our shochu, which has a long history in Ibusuki City, Kagoshima Prefecture. Please enjoy it with your favorite shochu.
