We serve high-quality extra-large bluefin tuna cooked in the traditional Japanese method called "Genshuyaki," in which ingredients are grilled on skewers on the edge of a sunken hearth.
We are proud of our high-quality bluefin tuna, and we also offer a wide variety of drinks that go perfectly with our fresh fish dishes.
