Please try our three recommended ways to enjoy our sashimi, which includes prawns of a size rarely seen in Tokyo and the finest sashimi with a tender and robust flavor.
Nakamata Shuzo Brewery started making shochu in Ibusuki, Satsuma in 1904, and boasts a history of more than 100 years. We have a wide variety of limited edition sweet potato shochu including "Kirino," which has been selected in Japan's famous sake dictionary. The sweet potato shochu made by Nakamata Shuzo is characterized by the deep sweetness of the sweet potato extracted to the maximum extent.
We also offer a variety of courses from 5,500 yen and up, which allow you to fully enjoy our signature dishes. The menu is full of dishes using seasonal ingredients such as nodoguro, other fresh fish harvested in the morning, and seasonal shellfish. Please spend a little more luxurious time than usual with this fresh seafood course.
