A 15-year-old aged meat specialty store is offering a new aged meat steak.

Welcome to the world of "Atobe-style aging."
We are a restaurant in our 15th year of establishment, located between Azabu-Juban and Roppongi.
Our aging technique utilizes a unique "Aging Sheet," developed through industry-academia collaboration with Meiji University, bringing out umami and deep flavors that cannot be experienced elsewhere.
The taste varies depending on the cut, offering charcoal-grilled steaks that let you savor the true flavor of the meat.

    Beef liver aged for five days.
    Aging removes the unpleasant odor and enhances the sweetness.
    Season simply with sesame oil and salt before serving.
  • Aged beef tendon and tomato

    This is our unique "oden" that can only be made at our shop. We combined carefully prepared dashi broth, aged beef tendon, and fruit tomatoes. The finishing touch of aonori seaweed further enhances the umami.
  • 100g aged Wagyu beef fillet steak
    5,500(JPY)
    The main steak is an indispensable dish, but especially recommended is this Japanese Wagyu tenderloin. Aged for 14 days to concentrate the flavor. Please enjoy this Wagyu tenderloin! *This is the price for 100g.
  • Bolognese with aged beef tendon
