More than 90% of the production of Ishigaki beef is consumed within Okinawa Prefecture.
Due to its rarity, it is also called "phantom beef," and there are not many places in Tokyo where you can enjoy Ishigaki beef.

At our restaurant, we extravagantly purchase the whole Ishigaki beef! We offer a variety of cuts, including the rare parts "Zabuton" and "Sirloin," at reasonable prices without wasting any part.

We also have a delightful assortment that comes in 3, 5, or 9 types, providing a rich variety.
