This is a calm sushi restaurant located along the Nihon Red Cross Road in Nishiazabu.

The chef constantly faces the fish, discerning what is delicious at the moment while shaping the sushi.

With meticulous Edomae techniques, graceful demeanor, and carefully selected sushi ingredients with love.

Rich yet refreshing, the Kishu Katsura-born genuine tuna features beautiful marbling that resembles that of Wagyu beef, achieving a remarkable balance with the rice made using red vinegar.
