  • Sushi / Sushi, OMAKASE

A stylish shop renovated from a traditional house, showcasing the skilled craftsmanship honed over more than 20 years.

Our store is a unique space renovated from a 100-year-old traditional Japanese house.

The head chef, with over 20 years of experience as a chef, provides a special experience for our guests with not only sushi but also sashimi and exquisite dishes.
The head chef, who served sushi in New York for four years, offers world-class service.

We serve fresh and seasonal ingredients daily, such as the tightly-fleshed "tuna" from Oma, the fluffy "anago" (sea eel) grilled to perfection, and the local specialty "dashi" (vegetable side dish) from Yamagata Prefecture, without pre-cutting.

Please enjoy the exquisite Edomae sushi that offers the highest level of seasonal flavors.
