We only use meat for which the birthplace, production area, and place of origin of the cattle are known.
We carefully select premium black-haired Wagyu from trusted wholesalers, chosen by the skilled judgment of our head chef.
Even among A5 grade black-haired Wagyu, the best quality varies depending on the season and the cut, so we always choose only the "finest" black-haired Wagyu without any compromise.

Discarding the fixed ideas of a typical yakiniku restaurant, our head chef applies French culinary techniques he specializes in to offer an unprecedented supreme sauce.
The sauce is tailored to each cut of meat, spreading a rich umami flavor in your mouth and fully bringing out the delicious taste of the meat.
We promise an unparalleled emotional experience that you cannot find elsewhere.

A "grill master" who thoroughly understands the optimal grilling levels of the meat will attend and grill it for you.
We also pay great attention to creating a space where you can enjoy high-quality yakiniku.
