We only use meat from cattle whose place of birth, production area, and place of slaughter are known. We carefully select black-haired wagyu beef from trusted wholesalers, and the head chef, with his expert eye, chooses and procures the best cuts. Even among the same A5 grade black-haired wagyu, the quality varies depending on the season and cut, so we only select "the best" black-haired wagyu without any compromise.

We discard the fixed concept of a barbecue restaurant and provide an unparalleled sauce using the techniques of French cuisine in which the head chef excels. We differentiate the sauces based on the cuts of meat, allowing a rich umami flavor to spread in your mouth, fully bringing out the deliciousness of the meat. We promise an experience that you cannot find anywhere else.

The "griller," who knows the optimal degree of doneness for the meat, will attend to you throughout the cooking process. We are also particular about the space where you can enjoy high-quality barbecue. In our "counter" and "private rooms," we hope that the time you spend dining together will be meaningful. Our thoughts are encapsulated in this vision.
