Please enjoy our carefully crafted dishes that maximize the flavors of the ingredients.

We use a blend of Hokkaido rice for the sushi rice, along with red vinegar, and our soy sauce is made from Shodoshima soy sauce, combined with kelp and bonito to create our original soy sauce.

For the toppings, 80-90% are sourced from Hokkaido, purchased fresh every morning from a market near our restaurant, and for tuna, we sometimes buy whole fish.

A key feature of our restaurant is our focus on maximizing the natural flavors of the ingredients without using additives.

For lunch, we offer a set of 12 pieces for 2,000 yen including tax and a 15-piece set for 2,500 yen, with popular recommendations including special sushi.

For dinner, we only serve a chef's choice menu focusing on fresh seafood from Hokkaido.
