  • A5 rank Olive Wagyu beef from Kagawa, specifically the inside thigh.
    Shodoshima in Kagawa Prefecture is known as the birthplace of olive cultivation in Japan. Olive-fed beef, raised on the pressed fruit of olives, features beautiful pink meat and a rich aroma. It has a strong sweetness and umami flavor, making it a true delight. When grilled to medium over a wood fire, allowing excess fat to drip away, the umami can be even more pronounced.
