Inspired by Buddhist teachings, I uphold a pure and sincere heart.

My goal is to integrate years of dedication to Japanese cuisine into every nigiri sushi.

Alongside classic ingredients, we offer seasonal delicacies like bamboo leaf-smoked ayu, showcasing the flavors of each season.

一間令人難忘嘅壽司店。除咗壽司好食之外，連所有嘅熱食都好好味，這可能是因為師傅曾經喺懷石料理店做過之故。店內服務亦都是一流。
