A traditional Edomae sushi restaurant where sushi chefs carefully select seasonal ingredients at Toyosu Market every morning and prepare each piece with their proud vinegared rice. Every nigiri is seasoned with care, using sauces like simmered shiokoji soy sauce. In particular, the tuna sourced from the Toyosu wholesaler "Yama Ko" is highly praised and loved by many fans. The menu includes the "Seasonal Special Omakase Nigiri," allowing you to fully enjoy seasonal flavors, along with the popular "Omakase 12," which is hearty in volume, as well as sea urchin bowls, tuna bowls, and other a la carte dishes. Additionally, a wide selection of sake, specifically chosen to complement the sushi, is available, including rare labels carefully selected by the head chef. Five sushi chefs are waiting with smiles to ensure that each of our customers is delighted.

We also support communication and explanations in English, so overseas customers can use our services with peace of mind. Please be sure to enjoy it along with our recommended sake.
