    [The Ultimate Wagyu Experience! Enjoy Special Flavors and a Stunning Presentation]

    Since the opening of Niku Shari, the specialty "Charcoal Salt Pot Baked" has been popular. The finest meat is wrapped in dried kelp and encased in charcoal cleanse (coconut shell activated carbon) along with lava salt from Mt. Fuji, which contains over 30 types of minerals, and then baked. By finishing it in the charcoal salt pot, you can savor the tenderness and concentrated flavor from the core. The dramatic performance of breaking the charcoal salt pot with a hammer is also well-received!
