A rare course specializing in fermented foods. This valuable class allows you to learn about Japanese traditions, history, and the secrets to health through fermented foods!
Details
Did you know that Japan is the world's longest-living country and that fermented foods are one of the keys to this? An instructor with a fermented food expert qualification will teach you simple and delicious recipes using traditional Japanese fermented ingredients in a small class setting (maximum 6 people), carefully explaining each step. A vegan version (using thick fried tofu instead of chicken) is also available, so please let us know when making your reservation if you prefer this option.

[Special Promotion!]
