Details
Did you know that Japan is the world's longest-living country and that fermented foods are one of the keys to this? An instructor with a fermented food expert qualification will carefully teach easy and delicious recipes using traditional Japanese fermented ingredients in small groups (up to 6 people).
A vegan version (using thick fried tofu instead of chicken) is also available, so please let us know when you make a reservation if you prefer this option.
[Convenient Access]
The kitchen is located in the heart of Tokyo (10 minutes from Shibuya Station to the kitchen), so you can arrive quickly regardless of the weather. It is a spacious, modern space with a great view, allowing you to learn comfortably.
[Learn in a Short Time]
The lesson lasts only 2 hours, making it perfect for travelers and busy people.
[Special Promotion!]
From 2 PM, there are classes on making miso or desserts using amazake. Those who take two classes on the same day will receive a special gift! (Rice malt amazake used in the class)

Onigiri. Let’s make onigiri, which is popular worldwide, together!
[Soup]
Miso soup: Learn how to make it easily every day!
[Sides]
Two vegetable dishes using miso: Learn new ways to use miso beyond just miso soup! Comes with edible cherry blossom decorations.
[Dessert]
Mini dessert using amazake: Try amazake, Japan’s traditional sweet fermented food.
Note: The menu may change depending on the season and other factors.
Notes
Wheelchair access is not available.
Please inform us if you have any allergy restrictions.
This experience is intended for those without heart disease or other serious medical conditions.
Due to the difficulty of the lecture, this experience may not be suitable for children under 6 years old. The fee for children aged 7 and older is the same as for adults.
Traditional fermented seasoning "mirin" is used in the cooking. It contains alcohol, but since the alcohol evaporates when heated, guests can consume it. However, children cannot taste items that are not heated.
