Make your own miso and take it home to ferment slowly in your own country.
After about 6 months, your homemade miso will be ready!

Details

Experience making miso.

Boiled soybeans are mashed, mixed with koji and salt, and packed into containers.
We will also make a light meal using miso.
(Menu will be tentative)

*6-12 year olds will make half the amount of miso for adults.
0-5 years old will not make miso, but can enjoy it with adults! A light meal will be served.
Vegan and Ḥarāl compatible. Please let us know when you make a reservation.
