Summary

Go with a mountain master! Harvesting Niseko's Mountain Blessings
Enjoy the taste of the season: Gyoja garlic in spring, bamboo shoots in early summer, and mushrooms in autumn!

Details

The Niseko mountain range is a treasure trove of forest blessings such as wild vegetables and mushrooms. You can enjoy them over a long period of time, from the thawing of the snow to the changing of the leaves. You will walk in the fields with a master gardener who knows the mountains well, and go out to look for wild vegetables and mushrooms of the season. What can be picked depends on the weather and temperature.

After walking in the mountains, if you wish, you can have the wild vegetables you picked cooked and served at the restaurant. The menu will depend on the ingredients, such as tempura, miso soup with wild vegetables, mushroom soup, etc!
