This program begins with a trip to the fields and mountains to procure seasonal ingredients. A mountain master guides you to the best spots depending on the season and the weather of the day.

Then, after chopping wood and making a fire, let's cook rice in a kamado and cook the ingredients we have gathered! Rice with wild vegetables or tempura? It depends on the ingredients you pick. Why don't you try such an old-fashioned lifestyle experience?
