Here, there are middlemen who supply foodstuffs to restaurants, etc. Culinary enthusiasts come from Tokyo and surrounding cities in search of foodstuffs. There is also a large selection of freshly prepared foods that can be baked or nigiri (hand-rolled) on the spot. Come enjoy breakfast by walking around, looking for it with your eyes, and smelling the tantalizing aromas.
