Cooking
With fresh ingredients carefully selected every morning at the Kyoto Central Wholesale Market, six pieces of nigiri and gunkan, and two types of thin rolls are prepared with the instructor, and when ready, can be eaten on the spot.
This activity is an opportunity to learn the traditional art of sushi making and to study Japanese culture in depth.
Traditional culture and modern needs merge to create a new experience.
