    The waiter Ikaya San (I hope I got his name right ) was very helpful, friendly and professional . Sushi was good but not great. Service was great.

    我係夜晚去食最基本嗰個13,000円嘅餐。成餐飯食得幾盡興，氣氛又好，食物質素都對得住個價錢，尤其係海膽壽司嗰啲海膽冇腥味，雖然唔係好鮮甜，但係絕對唔差。唯一要彈嘅就係啲魷魚好硬， encore嘅時候我都唔買魷魚。佢除咗壽司之外呢，啲size Ditch都唔錯，試咗唔同嘅料理辦法。雖然我食13,000円嗰個餐呢，就冇得坐去廚師枱嗰邊，不過佢哋都安排咗我坐對住個窗，居高臨下咁樣睇住新宿火車站夜景，都唔錯。鍾意飲酒嘅可以叫個free Flow package，我嗰日飲咗好多，好滿足！最後就係雖然嗰度啲服務生比較生手，好多嘢都唔熟，但係佢哋好友善好熱情，我喺度都要感謝佢哋。仲有就係多謝Hiroki.A，佢係主要服務我嘅，佢比蟹籽壽司我嘅時候氣氛特別熱烈，而且又好清楚咁介紹到啲菜式俾我，多謝佢！若果有機會再嚟嘅話，我應該會試吓坐喺廚師枱嗰邊，感受一下再熱烈啲嘅氣氛。

    It was a lovely experience. The Shogun Omakase was exceptional and the staff were great and friendly. It was delightful experience in the heart of Shinjuku.

    At this price, it was a nightmare service and completely unlike any other omakase experiences.
    I had made a reservation in advance and was seated in a corner. The customer next to me was talking very loudly.
    The food quality was quite average.
    The service was also very poor. After finishing the food, they didn't collect the plate. There was no soy sauce after they have served the first plate of sushi.
    I had to actively reach out to be served the whole time. Very disappointing experience.

    本当に満足でした！こんなに活気のある板前で食事をしたのは初めてでした！大将はとてもフレンドリーで、料理の紹介や取り分けをしてくれたり、料理の説明も丁寧にしてくれました。お寿司は新鮮で美味しく、お店の雰囲気もとても清潔でした。本当におすすめなので、また必ず来ます。

    I booked this for my sons,prepaid,gave them booking details but the restaurant said they could not find the payment details. They sais they would need to pay again. I had to rush over from to short out.. After 15 mins of explaining they kept saying it was only a holding deposit but I can see on my CC details it was already paid for. I got a refund with no explanation so over all the experience was not great. There was a lot of food even without refill but quality was not great.

    Over rated and low end sushi half the meal was inedible. Mackerel and squid was extremely hard unchewable. Service was haphazard and kept bringing the wrong course and completely miss the egg custards and brought me the appetizer twice. Tourist trap and horrible food for the price. Half way through I wanted to ge to and leave but couldnt our if respect for the culture

    Weekday lunch is a bit weird but quiet, it is nearly a private section for us. We are the only customer sitting at the bar table, and the sushi master was only serving two of us. He made sushi and chat with us for the whole time. All the sushi was great, fresh and delicious. The set course is full and prefect, and the unlimited sushi refill was amazing. Staffs are nice and fun. We'd love to visit again.

    It's a fun sushi restaurant full of entertainment. It's not authentic OMAKASE, but I think people who are trying OMAKASE for the first time will enjoy it. Also, you can have as many refills as you want, so you'll get full, so I recommend that you come to the restaurant after making some space in your stomach!
