    The restaurant only had records of our reservation, but not the payment which has been pre-paid to Japan Food Guide. Then they inform us that our reservation with payment is only for sushi , and does not covers the meat for the BBQ. We spend nearly 20 mins sorting this out. Finally when the food came, we were greatly disappointed. The sushi and the meat were bad, entirely different from what was shown in your website.
