    十分好吃，師傅的調味非常厲害，當中小肌尤其印象深刻。要注意的是不論中英文介紹中寫的"黑毛和牛火鍋"其實是炙燒和牛壽司配海膽及三文魚子。最後是師傅十分忙碌，感覺需要一個二廚/副手幫忙。
