Located a 5-minute walk from Yokohama Station, this restaurant is a traditional Edomae-zushi restaurant.
The most distinctive feature of our sushi is the strong, old-fashioned red vinegar vinegared rice.

Each ingredient is carefully selected to bring out its best flavor.
The sushi is made with the utmost care and attention to detail, and is a gem for the eyes as well as the palate.

Signature menu

  • mid-sized konoshiro gizzard shad (i.e. about 15 cm in size)
    In Japan, where there are four seasons, the key to success is to provide a consistent taste throughout the year.
    What determines the taste is the balance of vinegar and salt and the time the ingredients are left to rest.
  • boiled clam
    After filling the pot with water, throw in the clams and bring to a boil.
    The professional skill is to pull out the clams at the perfect time, when they are neither hard nor soft.
    The moment you put it in your mouth, the flavor overflows.
  • garden eel
    Anago (conger eel) is cooked over an exquisite heat, resulting in a fluffy texture.
    The conger eel melts in the mouth, leaving behind a rich, lingering flavor.
  • Bowl of rice topped with sea urchin and salmon roe
    Sea urchin has a rich sweetness that melts in your mouth, and salmon roe has a beautiful red color.
    We carefully select the most delicious ingredients at the time.
