We purchase a whole head of Yamagata Beef, the highest grade of Japanese Black Beef, and offer carefully selected rare parts. We have private rooms where you can relax in comfort and privacy.

Yamagata Beef" is grown in the great nature of Michinoku, and is purchased from a contracted ranch. Yamagata Beef is one of the most famous Wagyu beef in Japan and its fine marble-like marbling is worthy of being called a work of art. We buy only one head of Yamagata Beef, so you can fully enjoy the rare parts of Yamagata Beef. Please enjoy the extraordinary space in the high-grade interior of the restaurant.
