    This is a gem of a dish in which fragrant, grilled, high-quality eel is lavishly arranged on a bed of glossy white rice. The sweetness of the sauce and the aroma of sansho (Japanese pepper) create an exquisite harmony, and the flavor that spreads in the mouth is exceptional. The plump meat is so tender that it will fall apart at the slightest touch with chopsticks. One bite is sure to bring you a moment of bliss.
