Yakiniku Shikishima Ponga / 焼肉敷島ぽんが
Shikishima Wagyu beef, shipped directly from a ranch in Nasu Kogen, is served in the unique style of a talented yakiniku restaurant.
Shikishima Farm, which produces Wagyu beef born and raised on Shikishima in Nasu Highlands, Tochigi, and Ponga, a Meguro-based yakiniku restaurant with more than 10 branches in the central Tokyo area, have joined forces to create this new yakiniku restaurant.
The lineup includes not only quality meat dishes such as rump steak and specially selected filet, but also a variety of side dishes such as homemade kimchi and namul, as well as the famous Negi Tang Shio, which is steamed and grilled with a generous amount of seasoned green onions.
Course meals and private rooms are available for a variety of occasions.
