The chef’s keen sensibility, honed through years of experience, shines through in a playful assortment of small dishes and a carefully calculated contrast with traditional, orthodox Edomae sushi, all brought together in a single course.
We serve only the Omakase Course Menu. The course begins with a rich shijimi clam soup to gently relax the senses, followed by witty small dishes, and then traditional, orthodox Edomae nigiri sushi. We invite you to enjoy it.
