Niigataya, highly supported by many customers in Higashi-Jujo, is launching a new business format. We offer the ultimate skewer cooked with carefully selected ingredients from Niigata and across Japan, focusing on freshness and grilled with the carefully cultivated heat application techniques developed over more than half a century, through an omakase course. Please enjoy the new "Niigataya," featuring Niigataya's unique secret seasoning method refined through over fifty years of trial and error, as well as the further enhanced techniques inherited from that tradition.
