Meat that is certified by the Governor of Osaka Prefecture and is not available elsewhere.

Kawachi duck only uses freshly processed duck meat that can be eaten raw. The red meat of the duck is firm and has excellent texture.

Please enjoy the exquisite broth; the richness of the fat is also exceptional.

The specialty duck broth hot pot uses a broth made from chicken bones and kelp. In the latter half of the pot, adding duck collagen will change the flavor, and duck collagen ramen and duck broth soba are also recommended.
