A theater-style sushi restaurant in Takanawa that showcases a heartfelt gripping performance under the spotlight.

Our shop is located a 5-minute walk from Takanawadai Station, which has good access to Shinagawa Station. The owner, Kozue, who believes that "sushi is adult entertainment," presents a theatrical sushi restaurant where the preparation area serves as the stage for an impressive sushi-making performance.

Kozue trained at renowned Japanese restaurants and sushi shops in Tokyo, starting with Akasaka Kikunoi. After honing his skills at his family's sushi shop in Kitakyushu, he became independent and opened this establishment in October 2021.

The course consists of 5 to 7 dishes followed by around 15 to 16 pieces of sushi. The sushi rice is kept small so that customers can enjoy tasting many pieces.

Seafood is carefully selected by visiting Toyosu Market every day. Tuna is sourced from the popular specialized wholesaler Yamayuki. The sake selection features fine sake from across Japan, and the wine list primarily includes Burgundy and Champagne, with around 50 bottles available at all times.

Upon entering through the entrance of a brick building, you will find an extraordinary space. The interior is unified in black, featuring a floating Hinoki wood counter with 7 seats. We hope you visit with family, friends, colleagues, or a partner to indulge in the performance.
