I was born and raised in Kagoshima, and I was inspired by sushi I ate when I was young, so I moved to Tokyo. After training at a famous restaurant in Ginza, I have now opened my own shop.
It’s a place you would want to visit again. The character of the owner and the atmosphere of the store are also important. Our shop, filled with such dedication, offers a pleasant moment.
