Our restaurant uses carefully selected fresh seafood from Toyosu Market every morning and offers Edomae sushi that utilizes seasonal ingredients. Please enjoy the supreme sushi crafted by skilled artisans in a tranquil Japanese atmosphere.

We provide traditional Edomae sushi by combining vinegared rice made from Tochigi-grown rice and carefully chosen red vinegar. The red vinegar gives the vinegared rice a deep umami flavor and emphasizes harmony with the ingredients.

Sushi that blends techniques passed down since the Edo period with carefully selected ingredients allows you to appreciate its depth with every bite.
