You can casually enjoy the sushi crafted by the chef who trained at a Michelin-starred restaurant. In our establishment, we use different seasonings tailored to the ingredients for each piece of sushi.

In the "Omakase Course of Sushi and Appetizers," we use seasonal ingredients carefully selected daily from Toyosu. By pairing each piece with the most suitable seasoning for that ingredient, we deliver a rich and flavorful taste. At the end of the course, we also serve a rich broth ramen and dessert. We have prepared wines that pair well with our meals and seasonal sake.

The calm interior can be casually used by anyone. Please enjoy your special moments, such as anniversaries and celebrations, in any way you like.

    In the "Omakase Course of Sushi and Appetizers," we use carefully selected seasonal ingredients from Toyosu every day. Each piece is accompanied by a condiment that best complements its flavor, delivering a rich taste experience. The meal concludes with a white broth ramen made from fish bone stock and a dessert, providing a complete dining plan. Please enjoy the exquisite dishes crafted by our chef, who trained at a Michelin-starred restaurant.
  • Using Koshihikari rice and red vinegar. A carefully crafted rice cooked in a hangiri pot.
    Our commitment is to use "Shari" made from Koshihikari rice grown in Fukushima Prefecture. We adjust the water levels according to the season and steam it to fluffy perfection in a traditional Japanese rice cooker. Additionally, we use an original blend of red vinegar that has been aged for over ten years and is made from domestic sake lees. We offer a unique flavor that enhances the quality of the ingredients.
  • Wine supervised by a sommelier, paired with seasonal flavors of sake.
    We offer a selection of four carefully chosen wines under the supervision of a sommelier, along with a variety of drinks that can be enjoyed with sushi. Among them, we have about ten kinds of sake. We also have seasonal recommendations that are not listed on the menu, making it a unique opportunity to experience the seasons through our drinks.
  • The calm interior of the store provides a spacious and relaxed environment, perfect for special occasions.
    Our shop, located on the basement level, exudes a calm and hidden atmosphere. Inside, we have only 10 counter seats, creating a private space. It is ideal for special occasions such as anniversaries and celebrations, allowing you to relax and enjoy your time. Please feel free to visit us; our establishment is open to everyone without any formality.

Children can enjoy the same course as adults, but this is only available in private rooms or for exclusive use. Please refrain from bringing large amounts of luggage when visiting.
