Our restaurant in Kitashinchi offers only counter seating, where we provide the finest sushi while facing each customer.
We are also capable of accommodating English and Chinese, so we welcome customers from abroad.

We personally check the fresh fish sourced from trusted market wholesalers.

  • Introduction of the owner-chef
    Originally from Kochi Prefecture, I left my hometown to pursue a career as a chef. Fortunately, I trained under Masao Yamazaki, who was renowned as a top sushi chef in Roppongi, Tokyo at the time, where I learned the art of Edomae sushi and eventually became a head chef.

    After receiving an offer from Masakazu Ishibashi, the former head chef of a Michelin-starred restaurant in Singapore, I moved to Singapore and later opened Taiga Dining Sushi. Upon returning to Japan, I had the opportunity to open my restaurant in the upscale district of Kitashinchi.
  • Introduction to sushi "ice cream."
    We wrap nori around marinated tuna and radish pickles, topped with bonito flakes. The crunch of the radish pickles combines with the flavor of the tuna, spreading across the palate. Enjoy this dish, which is both creative and playful. *Please consume before it melts.*
