The rice is made with red vinegar and is served with a fluffy texture, showcasing the craftsmanship of our chefs. You can fully enjoy the seasonal flavors. In particular, "Otoro," "Akami," and "Uni" have received high praise from many customers.

    We are particular about sake and always stock about 5 to 10 rare brands that are not commonly seen. We adjust our selections according to the season and source unique varieties from local sake shops as they become available. We encourage you to enjoy it paired with sushi. Our main focus for whiskey is Japanese whiskey. We also offer shochu and champagne, allowing you to choose based on the occasion and your preferences.
