A hidden gem located on the retro-feeling Jizō Street, just a 5-minute walk from the Hilton Hiroshima. Enjoy piping hot okonomiyaki at one of Hiroshima's largest teppanyaki seats, measuring 12 meters.
At our restaurant, which specializes in Hiroshima's famous okonomiyaki, you can experience the now-standard "with soba" option and enjoy your meal with our special spatula for okonomiyaki sauce. These features are all born from our unique ideas.
Having accompanied the post-war reconstruction history, we have become an ideal izakaya for lunch or dinner within the city of Hiroshima. Our commitment is to ensure that when multiple people cook together, the taste is uniform for that day. By eliminating differences in cooking skills, we provide the same deliciousness to all our customers.
We use fresh cabbage every day, changing the cutting style according to the season and condition to maintain consistent texture. During holiday periods, we use about one ton of cabbage for a puffy, steamed bake with the batter.
