Located in Ebisu, “Yakiniku USON” is a historic yakiniku restaurant that’s been in business for over 59 years. Specializing in premium black wagyu, they offer a selection of top-ranked A5 wagyu brands, including Matsusaka, Kobe, Sendai, and Yamagata beef. Just a minute’s walk from Ebisu Station, the restaurant has a hidden gem feel and an intimate atmosphere. Complete with private and semi-private rooms, it’s the perfect place for a more personal dining experience.

Inside, the subdued lighting and quiet atmosphere create a sophisticated setting for adults. The restaurant has an impressive wine list, which pairs wonderfully with their famous “Carpaccio-Style Negi Mucin Roast”, a unique and flavorful take on lean meat. Also popular is the “3.5-Centimeter Thick-Cut Tongue”, which is only available by reservation. This thick, juicy cut is carefully grilled, bringing out the full depth of wagyu flavor.
