We offer a monthly changing course that features the rich flavor of Kitatuchi Yamaguchi Farm's Japanese black cattle as the main ingredient, along with fresh marine products and seasonal blessings from the earth sourced from all over the country. Please enjoy a plate created by our chef in a special space unique to our restaurant, where a Japanese garden spreads across the entire window, combining "teppanyaki x French x Japanese" cuisine.
