Signature menu

  • Originating from our store - Nigiri of Torotaku
    Finely chop the fatty tuna and mix it with diced pickled daikon, then mold it into a shape like a rice ball. This is a dish that allows you to enjoy the textures of both the tuna and the pickled daikon at the same time.
  • A high-quality interior filled with a sense of Japanese elegance.
    The walls are coated with lacquer and use washi paper. They create a calm atmosphere. You can enjoy a course meal while conversing with the friendly and cheerful chef.
  • Seasonal ingredients to enjoy with all five senses.
    I would like you to experience the seasons through seasonal appetizers and sushi made with fresh ingredients, paired with Japanese sake. Not only the sushi toppings but also the vegetables are carefully selected, allowing you to savor the four seasons on your palate.
