We are an izakaya (Japanese style bar) with two signature dishes: straw-grilled and charcoal-grilled.

    Enjoy the subtle smell of the sea and charcoal from the char-grilled rock oysters, which are only available during this season.
  • Grilled bonito on straw mats

    The most popular type of grilled bonito is the straw-fired bonito.
    Fresh bonito with plenty of fat and the aroma of the straw is a must-have.
    It is served with coarse salt and condiments such as fried garlic and wasabi (Japanese horseradish), so please enjoy it with your favorite condiments.

    Binchotan Aburi uses natural binchotan charcoal.
    By searing the surface of the food by placing it directly on the charcoal, you will experience a different flavor from that of straw- or charcoal-grilled food.
    Enjoy the aroma of the charcoal as it spreads in your mouth.
