    The most popular type of grilled bonito is the straw-fired bonito.
    Fresh bonito with plenty of fat and the aroma of the straw is a must-have.
    It is served with coarse salt and condiments such as fried garlic and wasabi (Japanese horseradish), so please enjoy it with your favorite condiments.
