Homemade 100% domestic buckwheat noodles (jyuwari-soba)

We serve Jyuwari Soba made from domestic buckwheat flour, which is boiled after receiving your order.
Please enjoy the aroma and texture of freshly made and freshly boiled Jyuwari Soba.
The soba sauce is also a Chabozu original made with soy sauce brewed in a wooden bucket!
Please enjoy it with locally brewed sake from all over Japan.

The stylish interior of the restaurant is full of Japanese atmosphere and has an excellent sense of cleanliness.
We have table seats, counter seats, and sofa seats.

There were many dishes prepared in ways I had never tried before, and they were very delicious.
I especially liked the soba tea highball and the deep-fried clams.

I visited because I wanted to eat soba, but it exceeded my expectations.
