A specialty restaurant for Yamagata beef steak operated by a butcher shop established in Showa 5.
It is a butcher shop with a history of over 90 years in Yokohama. Based on customer feedback, we opened a small 15-seat store in Ginza. Kato Meat Shop's commitment is to provide only ideal female cattle raised with a focus on the environment alongside producers. Please enjoy the high quality, the original deliciousness of the meat, and the elegant aroma that spreads in your mouth.
