Torafugu specialty restaurant from a sake brewery with over 100 years of history in Ibusuki, Satsuma

This restaurant is directly operated by Nakamata Sake Brewery (Nakamata Gomei Kaisha), which boasts a history of over 100 years in Ibusuki, Satsuma. The quality of our torafugu is only possible at a torafugu specialty restaurant, and we purchase carefully selected torafugu from all over Japan on the same day in Toyosu. All of our ponzu (citrus juice) is homemade, and we let it sit for a long time to give it a mild and delicious taste.
