We are proud of our yakitori and kushiyaki (grilled chicken skewers) at our izakaya.
Our best item is "Omakase Gokushi (five skewers)," which is made by skewering individual chickens directly from Yamanashi and carefully grilling them over binchotan charcoal.
We also sell a variety of Kushi-jin's famous grilled items for take-out and delivery.
