    We have prepared a "Vegan Kaiseki" meal that uses no eggs, milk, honey, gelatin, or any other animal-derived ingredients. Please enjoy a variety of dishes that bring out the deliciousness of vegetables and beans to the fullest, made with techniques that highlight the unique flavors of Japanese cuisine ingredients. You can also savor unprecedented flavors such as the hot pot with "tsukune" made from alternative meat (soy meat) and the "gyudon" (beef bowl). This is the course with the largest number of dishes within the vegan menu.
