For 20 years, I have been a skilled craftsman honing Edo-style sushi at famous restaurants in Ginza and Roppongi. From this journey comes exquisite cuisine that shines with carefully prepared dishes and beautiful techniques, crafted with the attention to detail of a traditional restaurant. The Edo-style nigiri is faithful to tradition while being mindful of ease of eating. These two aspects give each piece and each plate a compelling presence. We offer a cypress counter where you can enjoy the craftsmanship up close, along with private rooms where you can relax comfortably.
