Akasaka Kenmochi / 赤坂 剱持

  • Tokyo : Aoyama, Roppongi・Akasaka
  • Japanese cuisine / OMAKASE, Japanese cuisine

Enjoy Japanese culture through pottery alongside the flavors of seasonal ingredients that color the four seasons and sommelier-selected local sake.

Please enjoy a course that abundantly uses ingredients that evoke the seasons.

The ingredients are carefully selected for each season, such as wild sea bream and white bamboo shoots in spring, and sweetfish and pike conger in summer, choosing the most delicious items of the season.

The tableware includes antiques such as Imari porcelain, designated as Important Intangible Cultural Properties, collected by the owner, allowing you to experience the beauty of Japanese culture not only through taste but also visually.

We also offer a selection of rare wines carefully chosen by the owner, who is also a sommelier.

Please savor these exquisite masterpieces showcasing craftsmanship with all your senses.
