Grilled meat over a bed of glowing embers is our pride.

We offer a rich selection of wines mainly from South America, and we invite you to enjoy our signature steaks paired with glasses, bottles, and course pairings.

The meat includes Matsusaka beef, Kumamoto prefecture red beef, and the carefully selected Mizusaki from Yoshizawa Livestock of black Japanese cattle.
The heat from the firewood is harder to control compared to charcoal, but because the heat gently envelops the ingredients, the surface is lightly charred while the inside does not become tough, preventing moisture loss, allowing the meat juices to spread in your mouth.

Our firewood is made from oak, which has good burn time and high heat output.

Additionally, we provide meats that are well-suited for South American style steaks.
