We take pride in meat grilled over glowing embers from firewood.

We offer a wide selection of wines mainly from South America, and you can enjoy them paired with our proud steaks, whether by the glass, bottle, or course pairing.

Our meat includes Matsusaka beef, Kumamoto Prefecture Akaushi, and Yoshizawa Livestock's carefully selected Kuroge Wagyu misuji cut.

The fire from the wood embers is more difficult to control compared to charcoal, but because the heat gently and evenly hits the ingredients, the surface becomes lightly crispy, the inside remains tender without becoming hard, and the juices spread softly in your mouth.

Our restaurant uses oak wood, which burns for a long time and has high heat output.

Additionally, we offer meats that suit South American-style steaks.
